Booking a published tour
- Choose an open departure and review its date, pickup, itinerary, fare, inclusions and conditions.
- Enter every passenger seat required plus a valid email and contact number.
- Complete secure Stripe Checkout when online payments are enabled.
- Keep the receipt and booking reference. Your booking is confirmed only after payment is verified and the confirmation is issued.
Requesting a private charter
Send the travel date, passenger number, pickup and destination, preferred times, stops, luggage, accessibility needs and trip purpose. We assess coach availability and access, then provide a written quote. No payment is required to request a quote and the coach is not reserved until acceptance requirements are met.
What affects a charter price?
- total time, distance and whether the coach waits on standby;
- the number and spread of pickups and drop-offs;
- tolls, parking, airport or venue access charges;
- peak dates, late-night work and itinerary changes;
- driver accommodation, meals or a second driver for extended travel;
- attraction, guide or supplier costs included in the quote.
Compare quotes by checking the full operating period, inclusions and possible extras, not only the headline amount.
Passenger numbers and 55-seat limit
ComfortLine accepts no more than 55 passenger seats on the coach. Confirm the final headcount by the deadline in your booking. Luggage and equipment capacity must be assessed separately and may limit what can be carried even when seats remain.
Pickup points and timing
Published tours use confirmed meeting points. Private charters may use one or more requested stops where a full-size coach can safely and legally enter, stop and depart. We may recommend a nearby main-road, station, venue or car-park meeting point. Arrive at least 15 minutes early unless your confirmation says otherwise.
Children, supervision and seatbelts
Every traveller needs a booked seat and must use the fitted seatbelt. The group organiser remains responsible for appropriate adult supervision. Tell us the ages of young passengers and any child-restraint requirements before booking so suitability can be confirmed.
Accessibility and assistance
Before payment, tell us about mobility aids, boarding assistance, seating needs, assistance animals or other requirements. Suitability depends on the actual coach, pickup points and itinerary. We will explain what can be accommodated and discuss practical alternatives where necessary.
Luggage and items on board
Describe suitcases, sports gear, musical instruments, prams, mobility aids, eskies or bulky items in the quote request. Food, drinks, alcohol, decorations and animals require prior written agreement. Smoking, vaping, illegal substances and unsafe items are not permitted.
Payments and receipts
Prices are in Australian dollars. Online card payments use Stripe Checkout. Charter deposits and balances follow the dates on the written quote. Never email card details. Contact us promptly if a receipt or booking reference does not arrive.
Changes, cancellations and refunds
The conditions in your tour listing or charter confirmation apply. Send requests to info@comfortline.com.au as early as possible. Changes remain subject to availability, access and driver-hour requirements. Our booking terms explain the general process and preserve rights that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
